Who is responsible

Danny (LK2025 ApS, CVR 45979288, Lille Kongensgade 8) is the controller of the details you give us on this site.

What we collect

The enquiry form: your name, your email or phone number, the date, the number of guests and your message.

The chat with our receptionist: what you write to it.

If you ask the receptionist to pass something on to our staff, it sends us a short summary with your name, your contact details and your request.

Allergies and accessibility needs you tell us are used only for your booking or your event.

Why, and on what basis

We use your details to answer you and, if you wish, to book or plan your visit. The basis is steps at your request before an agreement (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in answering questions about the venue (Article 6(1)(f)).

Portends processes your details for us

The site and the receptionist are run by Portends (Stringlearning ApS, CVR 35673539) as our data processor under a data processing agreement. Portends uses these sub-processors: Fly.io (hosting of the site and its database, Amsterdam), Postmark (the mail with your enquiry to our team, USA) and OpenRouter with Amazon Bedrock or Google Vertex AI (the language model that writes the receptionist’s answers, USA — it keeps nothing and is not trained on it). Transfers to the USA rest on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

How long

Portends deletes your enquiry 30 days after it arrived. We keep the mail to our team as long as we need it for your enquiry; Postmark’s copy of the mail is deleted after 45 days at the latest. Of the chat, Portends keeps nothing on its server unless the receptionist passes your request on to our staff; the summary is then kept encrypted and deleted after 30 days, and mailed to us through Postmark. The language model keeps nothing.

Your rights

You may see, correct or delete your details, restrict or object to their use, and have them handed to you — write to us. You may complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet), datatilsynet.dk.
